摘 要:基于湖北省职业教育助力湖北经济社会发展、人力资源建设、社会基本民生保障、社会文化发展的战略意义,通过剖析湖北区域布局分析了高职教育与乡村振兴的相互作用,指出了湖北高职教育发展诸如特色品牌创建、创新技术应用、整体发展规模等方面存在的问题,按照“战略定位—办学模式—制度体系—衔接方式—效果评估”的指导思路,构建“技术型、区域型、文化型”的湖北高职教育服务乡村振兴的教育体系,紧接着从构建多元化课程体系、鼓励开展科学研究、融入地域文化教学、建设乡村振兴师资及创新团队、培养乡村振兴技术适用人才、落实人才服务机制等方面提出了湖北地区高职教育服务乡村振兴的能力提升途径。

Research on Improving the Ability of Higher Vocational Education to Serve Rural Revitalization in Hubei Province

Abstract: Based on the strategic significance of vocational education in Hubei Province in assisting the economic and social development, human resource construction, basic social livelihood guarantee, and social and cultural development of Hubei, this paper analyzes the interaction between vocational education and rural revitalization by analyzing the regional layout of Hubei, and points out the problems in the development of vocational education in Hubei, such as the creation of characteristic brands, the application of innovative technologies, and the overall development scale. Following the guiding ideology of “strategic positioning - school running mode - institutional system - connection method - effect evaluation”, we will construct an education system of “technical, regional, and cultural” Hubei vocational education serving rural revitalization. This will be followed by building a diversified curriculum system, encouraging scientific research, integrating regional cultural teaching, building rural revitalization teachers and innovative teams, cultivating technical and applicable talents for rural revitalization, implementing talent service mechanism and other aspects have proposed ways to enhance the ability of higher vocational education in Hubei to serve rural revitalization.
