蔬菜移栽机械化取苗关键技术与研究进展

摘 要:蔬菜种植是蔬菜生产的重要环节之一,蔬菜移栽是蔬菜种植的重要手段,机械化移栽水平较低是制约蔬菜种植快速发展的重要瓶颈。对此,文章通过梳理国内外蔬菜移栽机的关键技术与装备研究成果,总结了国内外代表性移栽机的关键取苗技术。主要以钵体夹持式、钵体顶出夹持式、钵苗夹持式三种取苗方式展开综述并总结分析,总结得出蔬菜移栽机的研发设计应大力发展自动取苗关键技术,做到自动化取苗、投苗,使农机与农艺相结合。旨在为设计精准的取苗机构与设备、提高机械化水平、研发蔬菜移栽机提供参考,推进蔬菜移栽机自动化移栽进程。

Key Technology and Research Progress of Mechanized Seedling Taking for Vegetable Transplanting

Abstract: Vegetable planting is one of the important links in vegetable production, vegetable transplanting is an important means of vegetable planting, the low level of mechanized transplanting is an important bottleneck that restricts the rapid development of vegetable planting. In this paper, the key technology and equipment of vegetable transplanting machine at home and abroad and the latest progress are reviewed, and the key seedling taking technology of representative transplanting machine at home and abroad is summarized. Mainly to potting body clamping type, potting body top out clamping type, potting seedling clamping type three kinds of seedling picking way to start the overview and summarize the analysis, concluded that the research and development of vegetable transplanting machine design should vigorously develop the key technology of automatic seedling picking, to do the automation of picking up seedlings, seedling, so that the combination of agro-mechanical and agronomic. The aim is to provide reference for designing precise seedling picking mechanism and equipment, improving the level of mechanization, developing vegetable transplanting machine, and promoting the automation of vegetable transplanting machine transplanting process.
