摘 要:在目前的农机作业管理中,仍然存在农机的运行状态难以实时监测、耕作过程参数难以准确把握等问题,对农机作业效率造成了较大的影响。基于此,数字孪生技术被引入到农机耕作过程中。文章提出了一种基于数字孪生技术的农机耕作过程可视化系统,对系统需求进行了分析,对系统架构、可视化界面进行了设计,旨在提高农机作业效率和农田管理水平。研究结果表明,农机耕作过程可视化系统的设计与实现,主要是通过物联网技术和传感器技术对农机的运行状态和耕作过程参数进行实时采集和监测,并利用云平台和数据分析算法进行处理和分析。同时,通过虚拟现实技术和三维模型的建立,能够将耕作过程的关键步骤和农机运行状态以可视化的方式展现给农机操作人员和管理人员,使其实时监控农机状态,及时发现和解决问题。该系统的设计与实现不仅提高了工作效率和农田管理水平,也为数字农业耕种和农机推广工作提供了理论基础。

Design and Implementation of a Visualization System for Agricultural Machinery Cultivation Process Based on Digital Twin Technology

Abstract: In the current management of agricultural machinery operations, there are still problems such as difficulty in realtime monitoring of the operating status of agricultural machinery and difficulty in accurately grasping the parameters of the cultivation process, which have a significant impact on the efficiency of agricultural machinery operations. Based on this, digital twin technology has been introduced into the process of agricultural machinery cultivation. The article proposes a visualization system for agricultural machinery cultivation process based on digital twin technology, analyzes the system requirements, designs the system architecture and visualization interface, aiming to improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery operation and the level of farmland management. The research results indicate that the design and implementation of a visualization system for agricultural machinery cultivation process mainly relies on real-time collection and monitoring of the operating status and cultivation process parameters of agricultural machinery through IoT technology and sensor technology, and processing and analysis using cloud platforms and data analysis algorithms. At the same time, through virtual reality technology and the establishment of 3D models, the key steps of the cultivation process and the operating status of agricultural machinery can be visualized to agricultural machinery operators and managers, enabling real-time monitoring of the status of agricultural machinery and timely detection and resolution of problems. The design and implementation of this system not only improves work efficiency and farmland management level, but also provides a theoretical basis for digital agriculture cultivation and agricultural machinery promotion work.
