摘 要：产教融合是一种将产业发展需求与教育教学紧密结合的教育模式，是推动高职教育教学改革的重要途径，有助于培养适应产业发展需求的高素质技能型人才。文章通过深入探讨产教融合的内涵与意义，包括其在促进教育教学改革、提高学生就业竞争力、推动产业升级和创新发展等方面的作用，分析了产教融合对高职教学改革的多方面影响，指出了产教融合在高职教学改革中面临的企业参与度不高、学校与企业之间沟通协调不畅、师资队伍建设有待加强以及教学资源的整合与共享存在困难等问题，并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策与建议，如加强政府引导和支持、加强学校与企业之间的合作、加强师资队伍建设、加强实践教学基地建设等，旨在进一步推动产教融合在高职教学改革中的深入发展，提高高职教育质量，培养更多适应市场需求的高素质技能型人才。

Exploring the Role and Influence of Industry-Teaching Integration on the Reform of Higher Vocational Teaching

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is an educational model that closely combines the needs of industrial development with education and teaching. It is an important way to promote the reform of higher vocational education and teaching, and helps to cultivate high-quality skilled talents that meet the needs of industrial development. Through an in-depth discussion of the connotation and significance of the integration of industry and education, including its role in promoting education and teaching reform, improving students’ employment competitiveness, promoting industrial upgrading and innovative development, this paper analyzes the various effects of the integration of industry and education on the teaching reform of higher vocational education, and points out that the integration of industry and education in the teaching reform of higher vocational education is faced with the problems of low enterprise participation, poor communication and coordination between schools and enterprises, the need to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and the difficulties in the integration and sharing of teaching resources, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these problems. Such as strengthening government guidance and support, strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, strengthening the construction of practical teaching bases, etc., aiming to further promote the in-depth development of the integration of industry and education in the teaching reform of higher vocational education, improve the quality of higher vocational education, and cultivate more high-quality skilled talents to meet the market demand.
