摘 要:【目的】农业农村现代化是中国式现代化的重要基础,小型农业设备的研发对农业农村发展至关重要。【方法】针对我国农业农村发展的实际需求,设计了一款小型农业播种机。该播种机主要由车架、车轮组件、传动系统、取种机构、播种机构、覆土机构、覆膜机构等组成,集覆膜、覆土和播种等功能于一体。【结果】该播种机适用于多种农作物种子,如大豆、豌豆、玉米、花生等,播种行间距和列间距均可调整,可实现单列、双列和三列播种。该播种机还设置了车轮高度调节机构,可根据田垄高度自由调节。【结论】该小型播种机具有播种效率高、工作可靠性高、整机结构简单、生产制造成本低等优点,能够满足农村大多数瓜果蔬菜种子的播种工作要求,应用前景广泛。

Design of a Small Seeder

Abstract: [Objective] The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is an important foundation of Chinese modernization, and the research and development of small agricultural equipment is very important for the development of agriculture and rural areas. [Method] According to the actual needs of agricultural and rural development in China, a small agricultural seeder was designed. The seeder is mainly composed of a frame, a wheel assembly, a transmission system, a seed taking mechanism, a seeding mechanism, a soil covering mechanism, a film covering mechanism and so on, which integrates the functions of film covering, soil covering and seeding. [Result] The seeder is suitable for a variety of crop seeds, such as soybeans, peas, corn, peanuts, etc., and the sowing row spacing and column spacing can be adjusted, which can realize single-row, double-row and three-row sowing. The seeder is also equipped with a wheel height adjustment mechanism, which can be freely adjusted according to the ridge height. [Conclusion] The small seeder has the advantages of high seeding efficiency, high working reliability, simple structure and low manufacturing cost. It can meet the seeding requirements of most fruit and vegetable seeds in rural areas and has a wide application prospect.
