摘 要:【目的】提升植树造林效率和质量,减少人力物力成本,防止土地荒漠化问题进一步加重。【方法】设计了一种防风固沙种植一体化机器,包括机械结构设计、控制系统设计、作业流程设计、环境适应性设计;利用SolidWorks软件对防风固沙种植一体化机器进行了三维建模,并对其进行了干涉检查、有限元分析、运动仿真。【结果】在钻土装置、存储装置、运输装置、灌溉装置、覆土装置等各部件的紧密配合下,该防风固沙种植一体化机器能够在沙土上自动钻坑、栽植、灌溉、覆土,并提高种植成活率和效率,从而改善土壤质量,促进生态恢复。【结论】该防风固沙种植一体化机器在防风固沙、生态恢复、经济发展等方面都具有重要的作用,是推动沙漠治理工作的重要装备之一,应用前景广阔且社会效益显著。

Structural Design of the Wind-Proof and Sand-Fixing Planting Integrated Machine Based on SolidWorks

Abstract: [Objective] To improve the efficiency and quality of afforestation, reduce the cost of manpower and material resources, and prevent the further aggravation of land desertification. [Method] An integrated machine for wind-proof and sand-fixing planting was designed, including mechanical structure design, control system design, operation process design and environmental adaptability design. The three-dimensional modeling of the wind-proof and sand-fixing planting integrated machine was carried out by using SolidWorks software, and the interference inspection, finite element analysis and motion simulation were carried out. [Result] With the close cooperation of soil drilling device, storage device, transportation device, irrigation device, soil covering device and other components, the wind-proof and sand-fixing planting integrated machine could automatically drill pit, plant, irrigate and cover soil on sandy soil, and improve the survival rate and efficiency of planting, so as to improve soil quality and promote ecological restoration. [Conclusion] The wind-proof and sand-fixing planting integrated machine plays an important role in wind-proof and sand-fixing, ecological restoration, economic development and so on. It is one of the important equipment to promote desert management. It has broad application prospects and significant social benefits.
