农林院校智慧农业人才的培养方式探索——以“大数据导论”课程为例

摘 要:【目的】目前大部分农林院校的“大数据导论”课程与农业关联度不大,无法有效将课程内容与智慧农业人才培养紧密联系,亟需探索行之有效的改革方案。【方法】文章以河南农业大学相关专业的“大数据导论”课程教学为例,通过分析“大数据导论”在智慧农业中的重要作用以及智慧农业人才培养的实践效果,对“大数据导论”课程教育对智慧农业人才培养的作用进行了详细探讨。【结果】通过案例教学、实践操作、校企合作办学、项目驱动教学等先进教学方法,结合学生综合能力评估、学生反馈评估、毕业生跟踪调查、行业反馈评估等评估方法,能够让学生将书本知识与乡村振兴实践紧密结合起来,厚植爱农情怀、练就兴农本领。【结论】“大数据导论”作为大数据相关专业的基础课程,对培养智慧农业人才有重要作用,能够培养学生的创新意识和问题解决能力,为农业现代化发展提供人才支撑。本研究可为农业院校的课程设置和教育教学改革提供参考和借鉴。

Exploration of Training Methods for Smart Agricultural Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges

—Taking the Course “Introduction to Big Data” as an Example

Abstract: [Objective] Currently, the “Introduction to Big Data” course in most agricultural and forestry colleges is not closely related to agriculture, and cannot effectively link the course content with the cultivation of smart agricultural talents. It is urgent to explore effective reform plans. [Method] Taking the teaching of the “Introduction to Big Data” course in relevant majors at Henan Agricultural University as an example, this article analyzes the important role of “Introduction to Big Data” in smart agriculture and the practical effect of talent cultivation in smart agriculture, and explores in detail the role of “Introduction to Big Data” course education in talent cultivation in smart agriculture. [Result] Through advanced teaching methods such as case teaching, practical operation, school enterprise cooperation, and project driven teaching, combined with evaluation methods such as student comprehensive ability assessment, student feedback assessment, graduate tracking survey, and industry feedback assessment, students can closely integrate textbook knowledge with rural revitalization practice, cultivate a love for agriculture, and develop the ability to promote agriculture. [Conclusion] “Introduction to Big Data”, as a fundamental course in big data related majors, plays an important role in cultivating smart agricultural talents. It can cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and problem-solving ability, and provide talent support for the modernization of agriculture. This study can provide reference and inspiration for the curriculum design and educational reform of agricultural colleges and universities.
