摘 要:【目的】解决传统手工播种方式效率低下、机械化水平低、花生长势差、产量低等问题。【方法】通过市场调研、文献查阅及现有花生种植设备研究,结合花生播种过程的特点,设计了一款由太阳能供电、App远程控制的全自动智能花生播种一体机,该设备主要由起垄结构、播种结构和覆膜结构等组成。通过对该设备的工作原理剖析、零部件加工及组装,完成了机械制造部分的设计;通过对种植设备功能需求的分析,完成了控制结构的设计,并对该设备进行了三维建模仿真及样机运行测试。【结果】1)设备外观尺寸确定为1 000 mm*760 mm*750 mm,在该花生播种一体机满载情况下,模型框架最大竖向变形小于1 mm,满足形变要求;2)该花生播种一体机作业时,最高可实现15 m/min的播种速度,种植效率良好。【结论】本研究对于花生自动化种植及类花生种子作物的大规模机械化种植有一定的借鉴意义。

Research on Fully Automatic Intelligent Peanut Seeding Machine

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of low efficiency, low mechanization level, poor peanut growth, and low yield in traditional manual seeding methods. [Method] Through market research, literature review, and research on existing peanut planting equipment, combined with the characteristics of peanut seeding process, a fully automatic intelligent peanut seeding machine powered by solar energy and remotely controlled by an App was designed. The equipment mainly consists of ridge structure, seeding structure, and film covering structure. By analyzing the working principle of the device, processing and assembling its components, the design of the mechanical manufacturing part has been completed. Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the planting equipment, the design of the control structure was completed, and the equipment was subjected to 3D modeling simulation and prototype operation testing. [Result] 1) The external dimensions of the equipment were determined to be 1 000 mm*760 mm*750 mm. Under full load of the peanut seeding machine, the maximum vertical deformation of the model frame was less than 1 mm, which meets the deformation requirements. 2) The peanut seeding machine can achieve a maximum sowing speed of 15 m/min during operation, with good planting efficiency. [Conclusion] This study has certain reference significance for automated peanut planting and large-scale mechanized planting of peanut like seed crops.
