融合自主学习与个性化教学的创新人才培养模式研究与实践——以河南工学院车辆工程专业为例

摘 要:【目的】解决车辆工程专业人才培养中存在的学生学习主动性不足、个性化缺失等问题,提升学生的自主学习能力和专业创新能力。【方法】以河南工学院车辆工程专业为例,提出了一种融合自主学习与个性化教学的改革方案。通过构建融合自主学习与个性化教学的人才培养模型,制定合理的学习计划,实施个性化教学机制,并在实际教学中应用和验证了该方案。【结果】自主学习模式显著提高了学生的学习主动性和自主探究能力,使学生在知识掌握和应用方面更加熟练;个性化教学根据学生的差异和兴趣提供量身定制的教学内容和方法,显著提升了学生的专业技能和创新能力。融合培养模式下,学生的学术成绩、操作能力和创新思维等得到了全面提升,充分激发了学生的学习兴趣和创新能力,提高了学生自主学习和解决问题的能力,同时调动了专业教师教学改革的积极性。【结论】本研究为车辆工程专业的人才培养提供了新思路,并为其他学科和专业的教育改革提供了有益参考。

Research and Practice on Innovative Talent Cultivation Model Integrating ofSelf-Directed Learning and Personalized Teaching—Taking the Vehicle Engineering Major at Henan Institute of Technology as an Example

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of insufficient student learning initiative and lack of personalization in the trainingof talents in the field of vehicle engineering, and to enhance students’ self-directed learning ability and professional innovationability. [Method] Taking the vehicle engineering major at Henan Institute of Technology as an example, a reform plan integratingself-directed learning and personalized teaching is proposed. By constructing a talent cultivation model that integrates self-directedlearning and personalized teaching, developing a reasonable learning plan, implementing a personalized teaching mechanism,and applying and verifying the plan in actual teaching. [Result] The self-directed learning mode significantly improved students’learning initiative and independent exploration ability, making them more proficient in knowledge mastery and application.Personalized teaching provides tailored teaching content and methods based on students’ differences and interests, significantlyenhancing their professional skills and innovation abilities. Under the integrated training mode, students’ academic performance,operational ability, and innovative thinking have been comprehensively improved, fully stimulating their learning interestand innovative ability, enhancing their ability to learn independently and solve problems, and mobilizing the enthusiasm ofprofessional teachers for teaching reform. [Conclusion] This study provides new ideas for talent cultivation in the field of vehicleengineering and useful references for educational reform in other disciplines and majors.
