摘 要：在高职院校中，教师党支部是重要的基层党组织，在专业群建设中起着重要的作用。本研究以佛山职业技术学院智能控制系党支部为例，探析了教师党支部在“电气自动化高水平专业群”建设中的模范带头作用。佛山职业技术学院智能控制系党支部通过强化政治学习，确保专业群建设方向与国家政策协同；依托教学竞赛、课程思政、校企协同育人等实践，推动“三教”改革与人才培养质量提升；创新“请进来+走出去”模式，整合校企资源，深化产教融合。本研究为高职院校教师党支部在专业群建设中发挥政治引领作用提供了实践参考，也为党建与业务深度融合的路径探索贡献了理论启示。

An Analysis of the Model and Leading Role of Teacher Party Branches in theConstruction of the “High-Level Electrical Automation Professional Group”

Abstract: In vocational colleges, teacher party branches are important grassroots party organizations that play an important rolein the construction of professional groups. Taking the party branch of the Intelligent Control Department of Foshan Polytechnicas an example, this study explores the exemplary and leading role of the teacher party branch in the construction of “HighLevel Electrical Automation Professional Group”. The party branch of the Intelligent Control Department of Foshan Polytechnicstrengthens political learning to ensure the coordination between the construction direction of the professional group and thenational policy; relying on the practice of teaching competition, curriculum ideological and political education, school-enterprisecollaborative education, etc., it promotes the reform of teachers, teaching materials, teaching methods and the improvementof talent training quality; innovating the “bringing in+going out” mode, it integrates school-enterprise resources to deepen theintegration of industry and education. This study provides a practical reference for the teacher party branch in vocational collegesto play a political leading role in the construction of professional groups, and also contributes theoretical enlightenment to the pathexploration of the deep integration of party building and business.
