摘 要：【目的】从省域角度评价广东省乡村振兴水平，动态分析乡村振兴变化。【方法】以广东省9个地市为代表，科学选取5个一级指标、22个二级指标，采用熵权法和TOPSIS法动态评价了2017—2021年广东省4个地理经济区域乡村振兴水平，并提出了针对性优化措施。【结果】珠三角地区是引领广东省发展的核心区和主引擎，综合实力强劲；粤东地区经济基础较好，但产业呈现低水平同质化发展，主导产业不够突出；粤西地区自然资源、特色文化资源丰富，优势农业发展势头良好，但现代服务业、现代农业发展相对滞后；粤北地区是广东省重要的生态屏障，但经济发展相对落后。【结论】准确反映乡村振兴动态变化，科学评价乡村发展成效，有利于地区精准施策，推动乡村振兴取得实效。本研究可为广东省各区域强优势、补弱项以促进乡村振兴提供参考。

Evaluation and Development Suggestion of Rural Vitalization Level in Guangdong Province—Based on the Comparison of Four Geographical and Economic Regions

Abstract: [Objective]To evaluate the level of rural revitalization in Guangdong Province from a provincial perspective and dynamically analyze the changes in rural revitalization. [Method] Taking 9 cities in Guangdong Province as representatives, 5 primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators were scientifically selected. The entropy method and TOPSIS method were used to dynamically evaluate the level of rural revitalization in 4 geographical economic regions of Guangdong Province from 2017 to 2021, and targeted optimization measures were proposed. [Result] The Pearl River Delta region is the core area and main engine leading the development of Guangdong Province, with strong comprehensive strength. The economic foundation of eastern Guangdong is relatively good, but the industries are showing low-level homogeneous development, and the leading industries are not prominent enough. The western Guangdong region is rich in natural resources and distinctive cultural resources, with a good momentum in the development of advantageous agriculture. However, the development of modern service industry and modern agriculture is relatively lagging behind. The northern Guangdong region is an important ecological barrier in Guangdong Province, but its economic development is relatively backward. [Conclusion] Accurately reflecting the dynamic changes of rural revitalization, scientifically evaluating the effectiveness of rural development, is conducive to precise policy implementation in the region, and promoting rural revitalization to achieve practical results. This study can provide reference for strengthening advantages and supplementing weaknesses in various regions of Guangdong Province to promote rural revitalization.
