摘 要:【目的】优化多功能叉车属具结构,提升工作效率,保证作业安全。【方法】分析了叉车属具的吊装、推出器、纸箱夹三种结构的设计和选型,计算了起重臂与底板的连接应力、安装架和推出架之间的液压缸尺寸、安装架上连接左右两个夹臂的液压缸尺寸,并使用SolidWorks三维建模设计软件绘制出了设计图。【结果】吊装机是无动力的叉车属具,采用短环链结构;推出器主要用于货物的卸载;纸箱夹主要用于夹取和移动纸箱货物。装置选用的液压缸尺寸均满足设计要求。【结论】本研究设计的多功能叉车属具有助于减少人力资源消耗,有效提升工作效率以及工作的安全性,并为叉车结构优化设计提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract: [Objective] To optimize the structural of multifunctional forklift attachments, improve work efficiency, and ensure operational safety. [Method] The design and selection of three structures for forklift attachments, including lifting, ejector and carton clamp, were analyzed and calculated. The connection stress between the lifting arm and the bottom plate, the hydraulic cylinder size between the installation frame and the ejector frame, and the hydraulic cylinder size connecting the left and right clamp arms on the installation frame were calculated. The design drawings were drawn using SolidWorks 3D modeling software. [Result] The lifting machine is an unpowered forklift accessory and adopts a short loop chain structure. The ejector is mainly used for unloading goods. The carton clamp is mainly used for gripping and moving cardboard goods. The size of the hydraulic cylinder selected for the device meets the design requirements. [Conclusion] The multifunctional forklift designed in this study has the potential to reduce human resource consumption, effectively improve work efficiency and safety, and provide some reference for the optimization design of forklift structure.
