“机械自动化装配技术”课程教学改革研究

   要:机械自动化装配技术是机电一体化技术专业学生的必修课程。针对该课程教学过程中存在的知识点繁杂、学习难度大、学生动手能力不强及教学效果不理想等问题,课题组提出了系统化的教学改革方案。通过重构理实结合的课程内容、采用教-学-做一体化的教学模式、建设理-虚-实一体化的教学资源、教学中灵活融入思政案例等改革措施,取得了可喜的改革成效。改革后开展的调研显示,学生对课程内容、实训效果及思政融入的满意度均超89%,学生的学习热情和积极性显著提高,教学效率和教学效果也得到明显改善。然而,当前课程线上教学平台仍较为单一,实训教学载体也存在一定的不足。在以后的教学过程中应该进一步拓展教学平台,采用多平台进行混合式教学。同时,在实训教学过程中引入自动化装配生产线,深化学生对装配生产线拆装工艺的理解,以进一步强化学生工程实践能力。

Research on Teaching Reform of Course Mechanical Automatic Assembly Technology

Abstract: Mechanical Automatic Assembly Technology is a compulsory course for students majoring in mechatronics engineering technology. In view of the problems existing in the teaching process of this course, such as fragmented knowledge points, high learning difficulty, weak hands-on abilities among students, and unsatisfactory teaching effect, the research team proposed a systematic teaching reform plan. By reconstructing the course content of the combination of theory and practice, adopting an integrated teaching model of teaching-learning-doing, constructing integrated teaching resources of theory-virtual-practice, and flexibly integrating ideological and political cases into teaching, gratifying reform results have been achieved. The survey carried out after the reform shows that the students satisfaction with the course content, training effect and ideological and political integration is more than 89%. The students’ enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning have been significantly improved, and the teaching efficiency and teaching effect have also been significantly improved. However, the current online teaching platform of the course is still relatively single, and there are some shortcomings in the carrier of practical teaching. In the future teaching process, we should further expand the teaching platform and adopt multi-platform to carry out mixed teaching. At the same time, in the process of practical teaching, the automatic assembly line is introduced to deepen students’ understanding of the assembly line disassembly process, so as to further strengthen students’ engineering practice ability.
