摘 要：国土变更调查成果核查是保持国土调查图斑时效性、准确性的重要工作。其中，农用地地类图斑的准确核查是成果核查的重要环节，核查结果能充分反映当地农业、生态以及土地资源的数量及分布情况。基于此，文章以国土“三调”地类图斑线上成果核查为例，结合核查区域遥感影像、地类图斑实地举证照片、本年度与上一年度的图斑属性信息以及耕地承诺举证文件、退耕还林范围等其他资料，从土地类型核查、耕地种植属性与细化属性核查、恢复属性核查、设施农用地与其他农用地核查、单独图层核查等方面分析了不同类型农用地图斑的核查方法，并从举证方法、举证照片数量要求等方面指出了图斑成果核查的要点。本研究可为各地区农用地地类图斑的准确核查提供参考，为当地的农业生产、土地利用规划等提供基础数据支撑。

Exploration of Verification Methods for Agricultural Land Results in Land Change Investigation

Abstract: The verification of the results of the land change survey is an important task to maintain the timeliness and accuracy of the land survey parcels. Among them, accurate verification of agricultural land use parcels is an important part of outcome verification, and the verification results can fully reflect the quantity and distribution of local agriculture, ecology and land resources. Based on this, the article taking the online verification of land use parcels in the “Third National Land Survey” as an example, and combines the remote sensing images of the verification area, on-site evidence photos of the land use parcels, the attribute information of the current and previous year’s parcels, as well as other materials such as land commitment evidence documents and the scope of returning farmland to forests. It analyzes the verification methods of different types of agricultural land use parcels from the aspects of land type verification, farmland planting attribute and refinement attribute verification, restoration attribute verification, facility agricultural land and other agricultural land verification, and separate layer verification, and points out the key points of verification of land use parcels from the aspects of evidence methods and the requirement for the number of evidence photos. This study can provide reference for accurate verification of agricultural land parcels in various regions, and provide basic data support for local agricultural production, land use planning, etc.
