摘 要:【目的】将数字孪生技术与脱粒机相结合,减少人力、物力的浪费,提高农业生产效率,实现农业生产现代化。【方法】基于数字孪生技术在智慧农机中的发展现状,提出了一种基于数字孪生技术的脱粒机设计。详细阐述了脱粒机的工作原理,进行了电机功率计算,构建了脱粒机的物理系统方案和虚拟系统方案,完成了基于数字孪生技术的脱粒机系统框架设计。【结果】数字孪生技术与现代农机的结合提高了农业生产质量,降低了农民劳动强度,满足现代化农业生产需求。【结论】本研究为数字农业发展和农业机械化发展提供了理论基础,为农业机械的智能化生产提供了技术支持,也为我国实现农业生产现代化提供了重要的装备支撑。

Exploring the Use of Digital Twin Technology in Threshing Machines

Abstract: [Objective] To combine digital twin technology with threshing machines, reduce waste of manpower and material resources, improve agricultural production efficiency, and achieve modernization of agricultural production. [Method] Based on the current development status of digital twin technology in smart agricultural machinery, a threshing machine design based on digital twin technology is proposed. The working principle of the threshing machine was elaborated in detail, the motor power calculation was carried out, the physical and virtual system schemes of the threshing machine was built, and the framework design of the threshing machine system based on digital twin technology was completed. [Result] The combination of digital twin technology and modern agricultural machinery has improved the quality of agricultural production, reduced the labor intensity of farmers, and met the needs of modern agricultural production. [Conclusion] This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of digital agriculture and agricultural mechanization, technical support for the intelligent production of agricultural machinery, and important equipment support for China to achieve modernization of agricultural production.
