智能果蔬榨汁机的优化设计

摘  要【目的】解决传统榨汁机存在的效率低下和清洁不便的问题。【方法】设计研发了一种集榨汁、清洗与运输于一体的智能果蔬榨汁机。创新性地引入了专用储存箱设计,结合螺旋挤压结构和滤筒设计了榨汁分离装置,并构建了多部件配合工作的滚筒式自动清洗系统;同时,为了方便用户,特别设计了一款基于双层剪叉式梯形升降架构的小车运输单元。【结果】使用SoildWorks及其集成的SoildWorks Simulation进行流体仿真分析,发现水可以沿着预期优化路径对滤筒以及螺旋杆进行清洗并顺利排出。【结论】通过深入分析滤筒内部水流动力学特性并结合实际使用场景进行反复测试,验证了该智能果蔬榨汁机可以解决传统榨汁机效率低及清洗不便问题,实现了榨汁、清洗、运输一体化,能够更好地满足现代消费者对健康和便利的双重需求。

Optimization Design of Intelligent Fruit and Vegetable Juicer

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of low efficiency and inconvenient cleaning in traditional juicers. [Method] We have designed and developed an intelligent fruit and vegetable juicer that integrates juice extraction, cleaning, and transportation. Innovatively introduced a dedicated storage box design, combined with a spiral extrusion structure and a filter cartridge to design a juice separation device, and constructed a drum type automatic cleaning system with multiple components working together; At the same time, for the convenience of users, a small car transportation unit based on a double-layer scissor ladder lifting structure has been specially designed. [Result] Using SoildWorks and its integrated SoildWorks Simulation for fluid simulation analysis, it was found that water can clean the filter cartridge and spiral rod along the expected optimized path and be discharged smoothly. [Conclusion] Through in-depth analysis of the internal water flow dynamics characteristics of the filter cartridge and repeated testing in practical use scenarios, it has been verified that this intelligent fruit and vegetable juicer can solve the problems of low efficiency and inconvenient cleaning of traditional juicers, achieve the integration of juicing, cleaning, and transportation, and better meet the dual needs of modern consumers for health and convenience.
