摘 要:【目的】解决传统设施农业灌溉存在的水资源浪费严重、灌溉不科学不精准、人力资源成本较高、作物产量不佳等诸多问题。【方法】以甘肃省河西地区设施农业为例,研究设计了一种设施农业智慧节水灌溉系统,详细探讨了数据采集单元、数据处理控制单元、执行机构单元、人机交互单元、信息远程传输处理单元等硬件电路设计以及下位机PLC控制程序与上位机监控程序等控制软件设计。【结果】该设施农业智慧节水灌溉系统具有低能耗、信息化、智能化、绿色化的特点,能够实现自动精准智慧节水灌溉,极大地提高了设施农业浇灌用水的利用率,有利于改善设施农业生产模式。【结论】研究开发推广设施农业智慧节水灌溉系统可为甘肃全省甚至西北地区设施农业节水高效生产提供强大的技术支持,实现设施农业的提质增效,保障设施农业有效供给,助力推进乡村全面振兴。

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of serious water resource waste, unscientific and inaccurate irrigation, high human resource costs, and poor crop yields in traditional facility agriculture irrigation. [Method] Taking facility agriculture in Hexi region of Gansu Province as an example, a smart water-saving irrigation system for facility agriculture was studied and designed. The hardware circuit design of data acquisition unit, data processing control unit, actuator unit, human-computer interaction unit, information remote transmission and processing unit, as well as the control software design of lower computer PLC control program and upper computer monitoring program were discussed in detail. [Result] The smart water-saving irrigation system for facility agriculture has the characteristics of low energy consumption, informatization, intelligence, and greening. It can achieve automatic and precise smart water-saving irrigation, greatly improving the utilization rate of irrigation water in facility agriculture and improving the production mode of facility agriculture. [Conclusion] The research, development, and promotion of smart water-saving irrigation systems for facility agriculture can provide strong technical support for water-saving and efficient production in facility agriculture throughout Gansu Province and even in the northwest region, achieve quality and efficiency improvement in facility agriculture, ensure effective supply of facility agriculture, and assist in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
