摘 要：目前，我国农民专业合作社标准化、规范化水平较低，特别是“空壳社”较多，很多农民专业合作社还没有造血功能，且成员的积极性不高，难以助推乡村产业振兴。鉴于此，文章系统回顾了农民专业合作社发展形式，总结了当前农民专业合作社带领乡村产业振兴的现实困境，探析了农民专业合作社带领乡村产业发展的优化路径，提出了党建引领、政府扶持、村“两委”监督以及合作社之间联动协同发展的路径，以期为农民专业合作社带领乡村产业振兴提供思路借鉴。研究结果表明，农民专业合作社的发展模式可以有效提升农村基层组织凝聚力，缓解农村人口流失问题，促进农村产业现代化，推动农业向规模化、规范化、集约化方向发展。

Exploration into the Realistic Dilemmas and Optimization Paths of Specialized Farmers’ Cooperatives Leading Rural Industrial Revitalization

Abstract: At present, the standardization and normalization level of specialized farmers’ cooperatives in China is relatively low, especially with a large number of “shell cooperatives”. Many specialized farmers’ cooperatives have no hematopoietic function, and the enthusiasm of their members is not high, making it difficult to promote rural industrial revitalization. In view of this, the article systematically reviews the development forms of specialized farmers’ cooperatives, summarizes the current realistic dilemmas of specialized farmers’ cooperatives leading rural industrial revitalization, explores the optimization paths of specialized farmers’ cooperatives leading rural industrial development, and proposes a path of party building guidance, government support, village committee supervision, and coordinated development between cooperatives, in order to provide ideas and references for specialized farmers’ cooperatives leading rural industrial revitalization. The research results indicate that the development model of specialized farmers’ cooperatives can effectively enhance the cohesion of rural grassroots organizations, alleviate the problem of rural population loss, promote the modernization of rural industries, and promote the development of agriculture towards scale, standardization and intensification.
