摘 要:【目的】解决目前混合式教学中存在的资源设计系统性不够、教学组织中心性不足、教学成效引领性欠缺及教学有效性低等问题。【方法】以深度学习融入混合式教学的切入点分析为基础,提出基于深度学习理论的混合式教学模式设计。将深度学习的核心要素融入课程教学目标,以教学目标为指引,拓展数字化教学场景,优化资源配置;实施过程中坚持以学生为主体的交互式教学活动设计,以聚焦深度学习要素的教学评价为支撑,提升教学有效性。并以江苏电子信息职业学院电气自动化技术专业群为例,实施了基于深度学习理论的混合式教学改革。【结果】通过基于深度学习理论的混合式教学改革实践,学生课堂抬头率、获得感显著提升,教学效果得到师生一致好评,实施成果被主流媒体宣传报道。【结论】基于深度学习理论的混合式教学具有实践性、职业性、交互式特征,有助于学生实现深度学习,并助力高职复合型技术技能人才的培养。

Mixed Teaching Model Design Based on the Deep Learning Theory

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of insufficient systematic resource design, lack of centrality in teaching organization, lack of leadership in teaching effectiveness, and low teaching effectiveness in current blended learning. [Method] Based on the analysis of the entry point of integrating deep learning into mixed teaching, a mixed teaching model design based on deep learning theory is proposed. Integrating the core elements of deep learning into curriculum teaching objectives, guided by teaching objectives, expanding digital teaching scenarios, and optimizing resource allocation. In the implementation process, we adhere to interactive teaching activity design with students as the main body, supported by teaching evaluation focusing on deep learning elements, to enhance teaching effectiveness. Taking the Electrical Automation Technology major group of Jiangsu Vocational College of Electronics and Information as an example, a mixed teaching reform based on deep learning theory was implemented. [Result] Through the practice of mixed teaching reform based on deep learning theory, students’ classroom visibility and sense of achievement have significantly improved, and the teaching effect has received unanimous praise from teachers and students. The implementation results have been promoted and reported by mainstream media. [Conclusion] Mixed teaching based on deep learning theory has practical, professional and interactive characteristics, which help students achieve deep learning and assist in the cultivation of composite technical and skilled talents in higher vocational education.
