摘 要：【目的】探索农业机械安全事故致因，提高农业机械安全管理水平。【方法】按照事故致因理论，采用德尔菲法确定了导致农业机械安全事故发生的4个一级致因、24个二级致因。同时，运用DEMATEL-ISM综合分析法对农业机械安全事故致因的重要性进行了排序，并得出了导致农业机械安全事故发生的根本原因。【结果】导致农业机械安全事故发生的根本原因：R1作业人员安全素养低，R2作业人员责任意识弱，R8有关人员违章指挥或指挥失误，R9监管人员监护失误，G1制度、规程缺陷，G2安全责任制落实不到位，G3培训教育情况不完善，G4事故隐患排查治理落实不到位。【结论】人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、环境的不安全条件和管理的缺陷是引发农机安全事故的四个基本要素，未来还需针对四个基本要素中的根本原因进行针对性研究，以期为农业机械事故预防提供参考借鉴。

Cause Analysis of Agricultural Machinery Safety Accidents Based on DEMATEL-ISM

Abstract: [Objective] To explore the causes of agricultural machinery safety accidents and improve the level of agricultural machinery safety management. [Method] According to the theory of accident causation, the Delphi method was used to determine the four primary causes and 24 secondary causes that lead to agricultural machinery safety accidents. At the same time, the DEMATEL-ISM comprehensive analysis method was used to rank the importance of the causes of agricultural machinery safety accidents, and the fundamental reasons for the occurrence of agricultural machinery safety accidents were identified. [Result] The fundamental reasons for the occurrence of agricultural machinery safety accidents are: low safety literacy of R1 operators, weak sense of responsibility of R2 operators, illegal command or command errors of R8 personnel, supervision errors of R9 supervisors, defects in G1 system and regulations, inadequate implementation of G2 safety responsibility system, incomplete training and education in G3, and inadequate implementation of G4 accident hazard investigation and management. [Conclusion] Unsafe human behavior, unsafe state of objects, unsafe environmental conditions, and management deficiencies are the four basic elements that trigger agricultural machinery safety accidents. In the future, targeted research is needed to address the root causes of these four basic elements, in order to provide reference and guidance for the prevention of agricultural machinery accidents.
