摘 要：潍坊市农业机械化装备和农业科技推广服务存在基层覆盖率低、供需体系与农业科技推广体制机制不完善等问题和障碍性因素，直接影响潍坊市农业科技推广服务质量和整体效能发挥。因此，有必要综合剖析阻碍农业机械化水平提高和科技服务体系建立的诱因。文章运用格兰杰因果关系检验、调查问卷、定量分析等方法对潍坊市农业科技服务体系进行了全面剖析，并结合新时代农业农村现代化特点，制定了切实可行的方案。潍坊市地区反馈信息和跟踪结果表明，农业机械化水平提升及服务体系改善方案实施半年后，农业从业人员综合素质明显提升，农技基础水平和掌握程度明显提高，农机推广力度加大，普及率和覆盖率双双攀升。本研究成果有助于全面提高农民的科技素养和农产品附加值，培养更多新型农业技术带头人，带动区域经济发展，最终实现“农业4.0”和农业转型升级。

Research on the Current Status and Countermeasures of Agricultural Mechanization Development in Weifang City

Abstract: There are problems and obstacles such as low grassroots coverage, incomplete supply and demand system, and agricultural technology promotion system and mechanism in Weifang’s agricultural mechanization equipment and agricultural technology promotion services, which directly affect the quality and overall effectiveness of Weifang’s agricultural technology promotion services. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the factors that hinder the improvement of agricultural mechanization level and the establishment of a scientific and technological service system. The article uses Granger causality test, survey questionnaire, quantitative analysis and other methods to comprehensively analyze the agricultural science and technology service system in Weifang City, and combines the characteristics of modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the new era to formulate practical and feasible plans. Feedback information and tracking results from Weifang city indicate that after six months of implementing the plan to improve the level of agricultural mechanization and service system, the comprehensive quality of agricultural practitioners has significantly improved, the basic level and mastery of agricultural technology have significantly improved, the promotion of agricultural machinery has increased, and both the popularization rate and coverage rate have risen. The results of this research will contribute to the comprehensive improvement of farmers’ technological literacy and the added value of agricultural products, cultivate more leaders in new agricultural technologies, drive regional economic development, and ultimately achieve “Agriculture 4.0” and agricultural transformation and upgrading.
