摘 要:【目的】解决传统叉车只能进行简单升降和移动操作,导致无法满足复杂环境和多样化需求的问题,提高设备工作效率,降低人力成本。【方法】研发了一种具有多种功能叉车。首先,对比了传统内燃叉车、电动叉车及多功能叉车的优缺点,经过分析选择了多功能叉车,并确定了多功能叉车主体、升降装置和连接装置3个主要结构;其次,进行了齿轮泵、液压缸、链条等升降装置内部结构设计;最后,对比了螺栓直接连接、滑轨机构连接、T形孔合页连接3种叉架与叉车属具的连接方案,综合对比选择了合页连接方式,并对其进行了创新设计。【结果】该多功能叉车结构简单、安装方便、经济高效,能够保证作业的稳定性和安全性,且可以根据需求对叉车属具进行调整,满足不同的应用场景。【结论】本研究创新设计的多功能叉车可在制造业、物流、仓储配送等领域实现规模化应用,并为绿色物流装备设计提供理论范式与实践样板。

Overall Structural Design of Multifunctional Forklift

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problem that traditional forklifts can only perform simple lifting and moving operations, which cannot meet complex environments and diverse needs, improve work efficiency, and reduce labor costs. [Method] A forklift with multiple functions has been developed. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional internal combustion forklifts, electric forklifts, and multifunctional forklifts were compared. After analysis, the multifunctional forklift was selected, and the three main structures of the multifunctional forklift body, lifting device, and connecting device were determined. Secondly, the internal structure design of lifting devices such as gear pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and chains was carried out. Finally, three connection schemes for fork frames and forklift attachments were compared, including bolt direct connection, slide rail mechanism connection, and T-shaped hole hinge connection. After comprehensive comparison, the hinge connection method was selected and innovatively designed. [Result] The multifunctional forklift has a simple structure, easy installation, and economic efficiency, which can ensure the stability and safety of the operation. It can also adjust the forklift accessories according to the needs to meet different application scenarios. [Conclusion] The multifunctional forklift designed innovatively in this study can achieve large-scale applications in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and distribution, and provide theoretical paradigms and practical models for the design of green logistics equipment.
