摘 要:【目的】利用虚拟教研平台突破传统教研活动中存在的地理、时间限制及学科孤立等障碍,提升教学质量,加速教师的专业发展进程。【方法】分析了厦门理工学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业现有的虚拟教研平台建设状况,通过明确虚拟教研平台的筛选标准,设计科学的实习类课程虚拟教研平台组织架构与管理策略,成功构建了一个能够均衡满足学校、校内外教学团队及学生三方核心利益的实习类课程的虚拟教研平台,并进行了应用实践。【结果】该平台不仅促进了实习课程体系的系统化构建,还实现了教研项目的无缝对接,推动了教学资源的多元化创建与共享,实现了教学成果的持续积累与优化。【结论】本研究不仅展示了虚拟教研平台在特定学科领域的成功应用,也为未来虚拟教研平台的建设与发展提供了宝贵的经验借鉴与启示。

Construction and Research of a Virtual Teaching and Research Platform for Practical Courses Based on Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation Major

Abstract: [Objective] To use a virtual teaching and research platform to break through the barriers of geography, time constraints, and subject isolation in traditional teaching and research activities, improve teaching quality, and accelerate the professional development process of teachers. [Method] The current status of virtual teaching and research platform construction in the Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation major of Xiamen University of Technology was analyzed. By clarifying the screening criteria for virtual teaching and research platforms, a scientific organizational structure and management strategy for internship courses were designed. A virtual teaching and research platform that can balance the core interests of the school, teaching teams inside and outside the school, and students was successfully constructed and applied in practice. [Result] The platform not only promotes the systematic construction of internship curriculum system, but also achieves seamless integration of teaching and research projects, promotes the diversified creation and sharing of teaching resources, and achieves the continuous accumulation and optimization of teaching achievements. [Conclusion] This study not only demonstrates the successful application of virtual teaching and research platforms in specific disciplinary fields, but also provides valuable experience and inspiration for the construction and development of future virtual teaching and research platforms.
