摘 要:【目的】解决传统教育模式中理论与实践脱节、技能培养不足等问题,提升人才培养质量,推动行业技术进步。【方法】基于产教融合视角,剖析了吉利学院在动力电池回收再利用技术教学中的创新实践,包括共建实训基地、引入行业专家授课、开展联合科研项目以及采用项目教学、案例教学等多元化教学方法等。【结果】吉利学院的教学创新显著提升了学生的实践能力和职业素养,为行业输送了大量高素质专业人才,并推动了相关技术的研发与应用。【结论】本研究成果不仅具有重要的理论价值,还为同类高校在该领域的教学改革提供了具有参考意义的实践范例。

Exploration of Teaching Innovation in Power Battery Recycling and Reuse Technology From the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of disconnection between theory and practice and insufficient skill training in traditional education models, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and promote technological progress in the industry. [Method] Based on the perspective of industry education integration, this paper analyzes the innovative practices of Geely University of China in the teaching of power battery recycling and reuse technology, including co building training bases, introducing industry experts to teach, conducting joint scientific research projects, and adopting diversified teaching methods such as project-based teaching and case teaching. [Result] The teaching innovation of Geely University of China has significantly improved students’ practical ability and professional ethics, provided a large number of high-quality professional talents for the industry, and promoted the research and application of related technologies. [Conclusion] The results of this study not only have important theoretical value, but also provide practical examples with reference significance for the teaching reform of similar universities in this field.
