基于PLC的农机零件自动打标机控制系统设计

摘 要:【目的】解决传统人工手动打标生产效率不高、劳动强度大、安全性低的问题。【方法】设计了一套基于PLC的农机零件自动打标机控制系统,其主要由机架、台式高精度冲压机、推料气缸、压料气缸、直振送料器、振动盘送料机、电气控制箱等组成,具有自动上料、打标、下料、生产计数功能,并可通过触摸屏监控部件和生产过程。同时,在工厂进行了样机组装与调试以及试生产,对比了人工打标和自动打标的耗时及良品率等。【结果】人工打标节拍为10.59 s/个,良品率为98.3%;自动打标节拍为2.02 s/个,良品率为96.6%。这证明该系统可提高生产效率和自动化水平,并保证较高的良品率。【结论】本研究可为农机装备制造业推动生产线智能化升级、构建高可靠性自动化体系提供切实可行的技术参考与实践范本,更好地满足农机装备制造业对生产自动化的客观需求。

Design of Control System for Automatic Marking Machine of Agricultural Machinery Parts Based on PLC

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of low efficiency, high labor intensity, and low safety in traditional manual marking production. [Method] A control system for an automatic marking machine for agricultural machinery parts based on PLC was designed. It mainly consists of a frame, a desktop high-precision stamping machine, a pushing cylinder, a pressing cylinder, a direct vibration feeder, a vibrating disc feeder, an electrical control box, etc. It has automatic loading, marking, unloading, and production counting functions, and can monitor components and production processes through a touch screen. At the same time, prototype assembly, debugging, and trial production were carried out in the factory, and the time consumption and yield rate of manual marking and automatic marking were compared. [Result] The manual marking cycle time is 10.59 seconds per piece, and the yield rate is 98.3%. The automatic marking cycle is 2.02 seconds per piece, and the yield rate is 96.6%. This proves that the system can improve production efficiency and automation level, and ensure a high yield rate. [Conclusion] This study can provide practical technical references and practical models for promoting the intelligent upgrading of production lines and building a high reliability automation system in the agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, better meeting the objective needs of production automation in the industry.
