摘 要:【目的】解决传统化橘红生产过程中分瓣工作强度大、效率低、生产成本高以及难以规模化的问题。【方法】文章设计了一款化橘红果分瓣去瓤的专用装置,其集成计算机视觉、内孔涨紧定位夹具、传送机构、切割机构与去瓤机构以及激光测距模块,通过引入先进自动化控制技术,实现了化橘红果精细的分瓣操作与鲜果去瓤。【结果】该装置通过多源信息融合与闭环控制策略,实现了从果品识别、参数解算到精准分瓣去瓤的全流程自动化作业,显著提高了化橘红果加工效率与质量,为化橘红产业发展提供了技术支持。【结论】该化橘红果分瓣去瓤装置兼具功能性、实用性与经济性,有助于提升化橘红生产自动化水平,并为特色经济林的高效智能化生产提供新路径。

Design of a Segmenting and Pulp Removing Device for Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’ Fruit

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of high workload, low efficiency, high production costs, and difficulty in scaling up the traditional Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’ fruit production process. [Method] The article designs a specialized separating and pulp removing device for Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’ fruit , which integrates computer vision, inner hole tensioning positioning fixture, conveying mechanism, cutting mechanism, and capsule removal mechanism, as well as laser ranging module. By introducing advanced automation control technology, the precise separation operation of Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’ fruit and the pulp removal of fresh fruits were achieved. [Result] Through multi-source information fusion and closed-loop control strategy, the device achieved full process automation from fruit identification, parameter calculation to precise separation and pulp removal, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’ fruit processing, and providing technical support for the development of the Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’ fruit industry. [Conclusion] The separating and pulp removing device for Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’ fruit is functional, practical, and economical, which helps to improve the automation level of Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’ fruit production and provides a new path for efficient and intelligent production of characteristic economic forests.
