The Reform and Practice of the Course “CNC Milling of Parts” under the Background of Occupation Type Education

摘 要:【目的】党的二十大报告提出“优化职业教育类型定位”,再次明确职业教育的发展方向。类型教育背景下,为快速适应时代发展需求、有效落实教学计划、培养德技双修高素质技术技能人才,高职专业课程须进一步深化改革。【方法】以山西机电职业技术学院数控技术专业核心课程“零件的数控铣削加工”为突破口,通过剖析课程存在的问题,对课程理念、育人模式、教学内容、教学实施方法、考核评价方式等方面进行全方位改革和创新性实践。【结果】教学团队通过课程改革,育人成效显著,2 000余名学生直接受益,数控铣工职业资格证书首次通过率由50%上升到80%,1+X”车铣职业技能等级证书取证率达50%以上,实习生对岗率达75%以上,企业满意度达98%,并建成了优秀教学团队,为高职院校专业课程深化改革提供了可行思路和方法。【结论】通过对“零件的数控铣削加工”课程全方位改革实践,有效解决了课程教学过程与生产过程脱节,日常教学与大赛训练、证书考核培训分离,课岗对接、课赛融合、课证融通不畅以及专业教育与思政教育“两张皮”问题,不仅使课程改革、专业建设迈上了新台阶,而且教学能力、专业水平得到了较大提升,有效提高了课程的教学效果与质量。

Abstract: [Objective] The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) put forward “optimizing the orientation of vocational education type” to clarify the development direction of vocational education again. Under the background of type education, in order to quickly adapt to the needs of the development of the times, effectively implement the teaching plan, and cultivate high-quality technical and technical talents with both moral and technical skills, the professional curriculum of higher vocational education must be further deepened. [Method] Taking the core course of numerical control technology in Shanxi Institute of Mechanical&Electrical Engineering, “CNC Milling of Parts”, as a breakthrough, through analyzing the problems in the course, we carried out all-round reform and innovative practice in the course concept, education mode, teaching content, teaching implementation methods, assessment and evaluation methods. [Result] Through the curriculum reform, the teaching team has achieved remarkable results in educating people, and more than 2 000 students have benefited directly. The first pass rate of the professional qualification certificate for CNC milling has increased from 50% to 80%, the rate of obtaining the certificate of “1+X” turning and milling vocational skill level has reached more than 50%, the rate of interns’ job satisfaction has reached more than 75%, and the enterprise satisfaction has reached 98%. The excellent teaching team has been built, providing feasible ideas and methods for deepening the reform of professional courses in higher vocational colleges. [Conclusion] Through the comprehensive reform and practice of the course “CNC Milling of Parts”, the problems of the disconnection between the course teaching process and the production process, the separation of daily teaching and competition training, certificate assessment training, the connection of courses and posts, the integration of courses and competitions, the integration of courses and certificates are not smooth, and the “two skins” of professional education and ideological and political education have been effectively solved, which not only brings the course reform and professional construction to a new level, but also the teaching ability and professional level have been greatly improved, effectively improving the teaching effect and quality of the course.
