Design of an Automatic Tofu Skin Processing Device

摘 要:【目的】解决现有的豆腐皮加工装置人工添加豆浆成本较高、用竹签等工具收集豆腐皮时易出现位置偏差以及存在豆腐皮收集不整齐等问题。【方法】研发一种自动化豆腐皮加工装置,该装置主要包括豆浆研磨筒、豆浆煮沸炉、豆浆储存容器和豆腐皮生成容器,其中,豆浆研磨筒通过驱动电机驱动旋转的研磨砂轮研磨大豆,在豆浆煮沸炉中利用高功率电加热模块煮沸豆浆。通过液位传感器和电控阀的配合,实现豆浆的自动添加,保证豆腐皮生成容器中的豆浆量保持在较佳的位置。采用两根捞杆配合使用,使得豆腐皮自动对半折叠,完成对豆腐皮的收集。【结果】该装置可实现豆浆的自动添加、完成对豆腐皮的自动收集,通过液位传感器监测豆浆液位,通过电控阀门开启进豆浆口,保证豆腐皮生成容器中的豆浆量保持在较佳的位置,提高了豆腐皮的生成质量。【结论】可实现豆腐皮的加工自动化、机械化,降低人力成本和劳动强度,能够保持豆腐皮表皮完整性,从而提高豆腐皮的加工效率,有效实现豆腐皮的自动加工,使豆腐皮的生产形成规模,满足广大市场的需求。

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of the existing bean curd processing device, such as the high cost of manually adding soybean milk, the position deviation when collecting bean curd skins with bamboo sticks and other tools, and the irregular collection of bean curd skins. [Method] An automatic tofu skin processing device was developed, which mainly includes soybean milk grinding cylinder, soybean milk boiling furnace, soybean milk storage container and tofu skin generating container. The soybean milk grinding cylinder grinds soybeans through a grinding wheel driven by a driving motor, and uses a high-power electric heating module in the soybean milk boiling furnace to boil soybean milk. Through the cooperation of the liquid level sensor and the electric control valve, the automatic addition of soybean milk is realized, and the amount of soybean milk in the tofu skin generation container is kept at a better position. Two fishing rods are used together to automatically fold the tofu skin in half, completing the collection of tofu skin. [Result] The device can realize the automatic addition of soybean milk and the automatic collection of bean curd skin. The liquid level of soybean milk is monitored by the liquid level sensor, and the inlet of soybean milk is opened by the electric control valve, so as to ensure that the amount of soybean milk in the bean curd skin generation container is kept at a better position, and improve the quality of bean curd skin generation. [Conclusion] It can realize the automation and mechanization of tofu skin processing, reduce labor costs and labor intensity, maintain the integrity of tofu skin, thereby improving the processing efficiency of tofu skin, effectively realizing the automatic processing of tofu skin, forming a large-scale production of tofu skin, meeting the needs of the broad market.
