摘 要:【目的】随着我国农业机械化事业的快速发展,基层的农业机械化高级专业技术人才出现短缺,特别是农业工程与信息技术专业硕士的需求量大,高质量的专业硕士培养对专业课程的教学提出新要求。【方法】笔者对如何完善“农业机器运用管理学”课程目标及内容进行了分析,对新时期“农业机器运用管理学”课程的教学改革提出了建议,具体为利用慕课资源提升教学效果,利用翻转课堂进行师生角色变换,利用线上线下混合教学模式改进教学质量。【结果】利用慕课、翻转课堂及线上线下混合教学模式,能突破时空限制、共享优质教育资源,实现大规模个性化学习,满足不同专业背景的学生的差异化需求,提高学生的学习兴趣和课堂参与度,达到更好的教学效果。

Abstract: [Objective] With the rapid development of agricultural mechanization in China, there is a shortage of high-level professional and technical personnel in agricultural mechanization at the grass-roots level, especially the demand for master’s degrees in agricultural engineering and information technology is large. High quality professional master’s training puts forward new requirements for the teaching of professional courses. [Method] The author analyzed how to improve the objectives and content of the course “Agricultural Machinery Application Management” and proposed suggestions for the teaching reform of the course “Agricultural Machinery Application Management” in the new era. Specifically, the author used MOOC resources to improve teaching effectiveness, used flipped classrooms to transform the roles of teachers and students, and used online and offline mixed teaching models to improve teaching quality. [Result] Using MOOC, flipped classroom, and online and offline mixed teaching models can break through time and space constraints, share high-quality educational resources, achieve large-scale personalized learning, meet the differentiated needs of students with different professional backgrounds, improve students’ learning interest and classroom participation, and achieve better teaching results.
