Optimization of Teaching Design of Innovative Practical Courses Based on OBE Concept under the Background of New Engineering Engineering

摘 要:【目的】面对国家制造强国战略人才需求和新时期人才培养要求,需要打造立体化的创新实践育人课程,满足新形势、新任务、新要求。【方法】笔者以哈尔滨工程大学工程训练国家级实验教学示范中心开设的创新实践课程为研究对象,以“新工科”为背景,通过对成果导向教育(OBE)理念下创新实践类课程的教学设计优化研究,构建成果导向教学设计模型,开展教学目标优化、教学项目优化、教学内容衔接优化、考核方式优化研究。【结果】通过构建的项目“准入制”模型和基于OBE的“三位一体、六要素、一中心”教学设计模型和创新实践课程教学模式,提升了课程教学质量,学生在优化的教学过程中获得了更多的知识和技能,增加了学生的体验感,提升了学生综合实践能力。【结论】高标准的教学设计为创新实践课程改革提供范例,为成果导向教育(OBE)理念的应用和实践提供可行的方法和思路,对于高校各创新实践类课程的建设和改革都可以起到引领和示范的作用。

Abstract: [Objective] In the face of the strategic demand for talents in the national manufacturing power and the requirements of talent training in the new era, it is necessary to create three-dimensional innovative practice education courses to meet the new situation, new tasks and new requirements. [Method] The author takes the innovative practice course offered by the Engineering Training National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Harbin Engineering University as the research object, and takes the “New Engineering” as the background. Through the achievement oriented education (OBE) concept of innovation practice course teaching design optimization research, the author builds results oriented teaching design model, to carry out the teaching goal optimization, teaching project optimization, teaching content cohesion optimization, evaluation way optimization research. [Result] Through the construction project “admittance” model, based on OBE “trinity, six elements, a center” teaching design model and innovation practice course teaching mode, improved the course teaching quality, students in the process of optimizing teaching have got more knowledge and skills, increased the students’ experience, efficient improve students’ comprehensive practice ability. [Conclusion] The high-standard teaching design provides examples for the reform of innovative practice courses, provides feasible methods and ideas for the application and practice of achievement-oriented education (OBE) concept, and can play a leading and exemplary role for the construction and reform of innovative practice courses in colleges and universities.
