我国农产品加工发展现状及对策分析

摘　要：近年来，随着经济的发展，我国农业产品的生产以及加工业发展迅猛，进步明显，呈现持续、稳健发展的态势。基于此，笔者分析了农产品加工的作用与地位及农产品加工业发展现状，发现农产品加工业由初加工向深加工转变，产业地位逐步提升，但仍存在农产品加工率低、技术水平亟待提高、缺乏高素质专业人才、地区发展不平衡、质量监管体系不健全等问题，并提出了提高农产品加工技术创新能力、加强高新加工技术的研究与应用、加强部门协调、加强农产品原料生产基地建设以及加强宏观管理等推进我国农产品加工业发展的对策措施，多管齐下，以不断促进我国农业经济的发展。

Abstract: In recent years, with the development of the economy, the production and processing of agricultural products in China have developed rapidly and made significant progress, showing a sustained and steady development trend. Based on this, the author analyzed the role and status of agricultural product processing and the current development status of agricultural product processing industry. It was found that the agricultural product processing industry has shifted from initial processing to deep processing, and the industrial status has gradually improved. However, there are still problems such as low agricultural product processing rate, urgent need to improve technical level, lack of high-quality professional talents, imbalanced regional development, and inadequate quality supervision system. The author also proposed to improve the innovation ability of agricultural product processing technology, strengthen the research and application of high-tech processing technology, strengthen departmental coordination, strengthen the construction of agricultural raw material production bases, and strengthen macro management to promote the development of China’s agricultural product processing industry, and take multiple measures to continuously promote the development of China’s agricultural economy.
