农机滑动轴承油膜润滑理论及边界条件的研究

Research on the Theory and Boundary Condition of Oil Film Lubrication for Agricultural Machinery Sliding Bearings

摘 要:【目的】为了更好地研究油膜润滑理论在农业机械轴承上的应用,更高效灵活地使用农业机械。【方法】课题组通过概括滑动轴承油膜润滑理论的发展和研究现状,根据滑动轴承油膜的形成机理详细分析了油膜润滑理论的核心,即Reynolds方程,分别研究了轴承润滑分析中Reynolds方程三种不同的边界条件;针对不同的边界条件讨论了它们在轴承润滑分析中的优缺点,并重点分析了在Swift-Stieber边界条件下滑动轴承圆度误差旋量参数对滑动轴承油膜压力的影响。【结果】1)传统的边界条件如半Sommerfeld边界条件、Sommerfeld边界条件不适用于对误差轴承进行润滑特性分析,而Swift-Stieber边界条件可以对误差轴承的润滑特性进行良好的分析;2)在Swift-Stieber边界条件下求得的压力计算结果与实际情况较为接近;3)在Swift-Stieber边界条件下的Reynolds方程的圆度误差旋量参数会改变最大油膜压力的数值,与理想圆截面相比,油膜压力会随着旋量参数的增大而增大。【结论】Swift-Stieber边界条件是目前比较符合实际的边界条件,在Swift-Stieber边界条件下对Reynolds方程进行数值求解具有较高的准确性,这对滑动轴承油膜润滑理论及边界条件的研究具有重要的意义。

Abstract: [Objective] In order to better study the application of oil film lubrication theory in agricultural machinery bearings and to use agricultural machinery more efficiently and flexibly. [Method] The research group by summarizing the development and research status of the theory of oil film lubrication in sliding bearings, the core of oil film lubrication theory, namely Reynolds equation, was analyzed in detail based on the formation mechanism of oil film in sliding bearings. Three different boundary conditions of Reynolds equation in bearing lubrication analysis were studied separately. The advantages and disadvantages of different boundary conditions in bearing lubrication analysis were discussed, with a focus on the influence of the roundness error screw parameter of sliding bearings on the oil film pressure under the Swift-Stieber boundary conditions. [Result] 1) Traditional boundary conditions such as semi Sommerfeld boundary conditions and Sommerfeld boundary conditions are not suitable for analyzing the lubrication characteristics of error bearings, while Swift-Stieber boundary conditions can effectively analyze the lubrication characteristics of error bearings. 2) The pressure calculation results obtained under the Swift-Stieber boundary conditions are relatively close to the actual situation. 3) The roundness error spinor parameter of the Reynolds equation under the Swift-Stieber boundary condition will change the value of the maximum oil film pressure. Compared with the ideal circular cross-section, the oil film pressure will increase with the increase of the spinor parameter. [Conclusion] The Swift-Stieber boundary condition is currently a more practical boundary condition, and the numerical solution of Reynolds equation under the Swift-Stieber boundary condition has high accuracy. This has important significance for the study of sliding bearing oil film lubrication theory and boundary conditions.
